Aslanidis Panagiotis

Position: PhD Candidate

Panagiotis Aslanidis is currently a Ph.D. candidate and researcher at the Laboratory of Operations Research, Department of Economics, University of Thessaly (UTH). In addition to his research, he has also served as a teaching assistant for lab sessions in Statistics II and Environmental and Resource Economics courses.

He holds an MSc degree in Sustainable Management of Environmental Change and Circular Economy (SMECCE) from UTH, as well as a BSc degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance and Banking.

During his academic journey, he had the opportunity to gain valuable experience through a brief but essential internship at the National Bank of Greece, which sparked his interest in pursuing a professional career filled with hopes and aspirations.

His research interests primarily revolve around environmental economics, circular economy, effective waste management, and sustainability.
