SDSN has recently launched SDSN Europe to mobilize and coordinate knowledge and science across Europe in support of a sustainable and resilient European recovery. In order to improve our impact, it was decided to create a few Thematic Groups. One of them on Sustainable Agrifood Systems and Land Use. The group will be launched on April 21 at 3:00 pm CEST.

The meeting aims at starting a conversation within SDSN Europe and its stakeholders on how to drive the needed change in the European agrifood sector, also in view of the Food System Summit.

To contribute to the debate, SDSN Europe will start presenting initiatives in the field of agri-food and land use already developed under the umbrella of SDSN or where SDSN is playing a role.

Our network of 330 Universities and knowledge institutions can give a great contribution to a more just, prosperous and sustainable Europe. Cooperation and co-creation in agrifood systems can play a key role in such endeavors” Angelo Riccaboni, SDSN Europe Co-Chair.
