Vision

The vision of EIT Climate-KIC Greece Hub is to become an inclusive and innovative hub driving the transition to circularity and decarbonisation across the country. It seeks to become inclusive in terms of creating new jobs and value in all regions, bringing back young people (“stop the brain drain”), engaging all citizens and ensuring education and awareness to everyone seeking a behavioural change in the society, innovative, as a benefits provider to both the society and the economy, supporting leadership within the country by engaging policymakers in the biggest challenges that need to be addressed, driving  the implementation of circular economy and energy transition (energy communities, renewable energy, electrification of mobility) in Greece. In the next three years, we seek to become the focal point of innovation related to the climate in Greece.
