As an Operations Manager (OM) at EIT Climate KIC Hub Greece you will lead the day-to-day operations in close collaboration with the managing consortium and the rest of the team. You will be responsible for building processes, systems and mechanisms as well as driving process execution and efficiency through evidence based decisions and analytical problem-solving. More specifically the OM will Develop and drive initiatives, communications and programs related to EIT Climate KIC Hub Activities such as Climathon, Climate Launchpad, Greenhouse pre-incubation programme, Accelerator, EIT Climate KIC Education Programmes, Pathfinder Ideator programme, Demonstrator & Scaler programmes. The EIT Climate KIC Hub’s program consists of a curated partnerships database and acceleration programmes to interesting CleanTech start-ups and idea generators.
