Master degree in Patrimonial Law (State Agrarian University of Moldova). License degree in Architecture and Building, Cadastre and Law Faculty (State Agrarian University of Moldova). He is currently Head of the unit “Capital investments and implementation projects’’ of the State Agency “Apele Moldovei’’ and City councilor of the City council of Cricova.
