As COP30 continues in Belém for its second week, the UNFCCC Global Innovation Hub (UGIH) will host another flagship session of the UGIH COP30 Dialogues, focusing on the ways governance, technology, and global justice can shape a sustainable future.

Panel Title: KE2045: Imagining Governance, Technology, and Justice in a Changing World
The session will introduce the Knowledge Economy Transition 2045 (KE2045) initiative, an emerging framework designed to complement the Net Zero 2050 pathway by addressing the deeper structural transformation of the global economy. KE2045 emphasizes the importance of international finance, innovation ecosystems, and the evolving AI and technology landscape in enabling a just, knowledge-driven, and globally coordinated transition.
