During COP28, AE4RIA and Huawei launched the paper “Twin Skills for the Twin Transition: Defining Green Digital Skills and Jobs,” which used an AI-based methodology to identify the needed skills and occupations for the implementation of the Green and Digital Transformation of the #European Green Deal. The report is the most detailed analysis of the labourmarket needs for the implementation of the EGD and a science-based call for an urgent and robust investment plan focus on upskilling and reskilling, as well university curricula revision.
