About 360info:

360info is a public interest journalism initiative operating as an independent global wire service in partnership with universities and their researchers. At a time of low trust in news and widespread misinformation, 360info delivers verified and reliable information at scale to publishing, broadcasting, and civic society outlets worldwide.

360info is not a breaking news or commentary service – nor a consumer-facing website driven by clicks. Instead 360info supplies contextual and explanatory news features ready-for-publication for use by publisher and broadcaster outlets – at no cost under Creative Commons.

The service is focused on addressing the world’s greatest challenges (including those identified by the UN’s SDGs), and suggesting how we might address, mitigate or solve those problems.  Further, to ensure a more balanced cross-border and cross-cultural worldview, 360info commissions articles and perspectives from the Global South universities as well as North.
