Vera Alexandropoulou is a distinguished lawyer with extensive expertise (Greek & Cyprus lawyer & UK Solicitor). An alumna of Athens Law School with postgraduate studies at Heidelberg and Harvard Universities, Vera served as Legal Counsel at Norton Rose and the Piraeus Port Authority prior to the establishment of her law firm ( www.alexandropouloulaw.com ), dealing with corporate and commercial, VC/PE, energy and shipping law.
Vera co-founded Venture Mutual Capital Funds and organizations focusing on entrepreneurship and environmental sustainability. Vera is the co-chair and co-founder of AENAOS Thalassa and the vice-president of the Swiss-based Thalassa Foundation. Vera lectures on GDPR and cybersecurity in shipping (DNV, ICS), port services, and sustainability in shipping and ports (Athens University of Economics), and is the author of various scientific articles.
