Dr. Dimitris Raptis is a Physicist with a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Patras, and 6 years of Postdoctoral research experience at Swansea University (UK) and the Institute of Photonic Sciences (ICFO) in Barcelona, Spain. Specializing in nanomaterials, renewable energy technologies, third-generation photovoltaics, hydrogen production, CO₂ reduction, and sustainable energy research and development. During his academic career, he has authored or co-authored over 35 publications in high-impact journals and holds an h-index of 20. Currently, he serves as the Proposals Coordinator at AE4RIA, actively engaged in various research and industrial projects, with extensive experience in project management and grant writing.
