From Wednesday 10th until Friday 12th of April 2024, Athens University of Economics and Business, supported by Creative Thinking Development, and Sporos Circular Solutions, organized the 5th CATALYST Project Meeting and a 2-day workshop on at AUEB premises and Megaron Hypatia, attended by around 20 partners from 4 EU countries (North Macedonia, Germany, Austria and Portugal) in person and 5 partners virtually.
The Project meeting took place on Wednesday 10th of April 2024 at AUEB premises. Ms. Lydia Papadaki (PhDc, Reseacher, AUEB), Mrs Eleni Tolli (Senior Researcher, AUEB) and Dr. Ebun Akinsete (Senior Researcher, AUEB) welcomed the participants on the 1st day. The meeting focused on the progress of project related activities, including quality assurance, progress in preparation of a portfolio of resources and services, status quo in preparation of training materials, and dissemination activities. Mrs Panagiota Koltsida (Researcher, AUEB), presented the progress on the preparation of Meta Data.
The last two days, Thursday 11th and Friday 12th April 2024, were dedicated to the Workshop on “Transferability potential of the CO-IN© model as an excellent way to accelerate innovation and knowledge technology transfer” that took place at Sporos Circular Solutions premises, Megaron Hypatia. The discussion centered around the partner organisations in the CATALYST Centres, the specialisation programs, the applied research projects, the validation of the CATALYST Program and member-only network activities. Prof. Phoebe Koundouri (Professor Athens University of Economics and Business & Technical University of Denmark, President EAERE, Chair SDSN Global Climate Hub, Co-chair SDSN Europe, Director AE4RIA), closed the event highlighting the role of the CATALYST 70 courses in driving sustainability.
On Thursday 11th of April, CATALYST partners joined a tour around Acropolis which led to the Project Dinner at “Omorfi Poli” in the city center of Athens.
